Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze cost reports VS budget.Monitor factory expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.Compare actual costs versus budget costs and analyze variances.Support budgeting and forecasting for factory operations.Coordinate with production, planning, and finance departments.Ensure accurate cost allocation for products and processes.Prepare cost reports for management decision-making.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.Strong knowledge of cost accounting and manufacturing processes.Experience with ERP systems.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Good communication and reporting skills.
