About the Role:We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented HR Generalists to join our HR team. The role offers a broad exposure to all HR functions within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth HR operations across the company.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Post job ads on various platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.2. Personnel & AdministrationMaintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files.Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies.Handle employee attendance, leave management, and documentation.Manage social insurance and employee-related governmental processes.3. Payroll AdministrationPrepare and process monthly payroll data (attendance, overtime, deductions).Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of payroll information.Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursement.Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.5+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to Performance Management, OD, Employee Relations, KPIs, and Comp & Ben.Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).Fluent in English (written and spoken).What We OfferSocial, medical, and private medical insurance.2 days off.Working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including 1-hour break).Hot meal.Transportation provided.
