Our portfolio spans infrastructure, commercial, residential, and governmental sectors, supported by a culture of technical excellence and innovation.Job PurposeLead and manage the Central Technical Office for the construction supervision function, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards. Oversees technical supervision, coordination with site teams, and ensures smooth communication between project management, contractors, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Lead the Central Technical Office team, including senior engineers, site engineers, and technical coordinators.Set technical standards, workflows, and supervision procedures for projects.Mentor and develop technical staff to enhance efficiency, quality, and professional growth.Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.Review and validate site reports, material approvals, inspection records, and test results.Provide technical guidance to site teams for resolving construction challenges.Implement and enforce quality control procedures and best practices.Ensure compliance with local building codes, company standards, and safety regulations.Conduct technical audits and risk assessments for ongoing projects.Act as a key liaison between project management, site teams, contractors, and clients.Participate in coordination meetings to monitor project progress and address issues.Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving across all project teams.Prepare consolidated technical reports, progress updates, and performance dashboards for senior management.Maintain accurate records of supervision activities, approvals, and technical documentation.Support project handover documentation and closeout processes.Support the SBU Head in strategic planning for construction supervision.Identify areas for process improvement, standardization, and technical innovation.Assist in resource planning and allocation across projects.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, or relevant Engineering discipline.Professional certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, RICS, or equivalent).Min 15+ years of experience in construction supervision, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership roleStrong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and supervision standards.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Effective communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards.
