The role is responsible for managing the CEO’s priorities, facilitating communication across the organization, monitoring key projects, and ensuring timely follow-up on critical business actions. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented professional capable of balancing executive administration with project management responsibilities in a fast-paced international environment.In your role you will:Fully manage the CEO’s agenda, including meetings, travel, communications, and strategic documentation, ensuring prioritization and confidentiality.Coordinate executive meetings (board, leadership, company events) and preparation of materials, reports, and corporate communications.Oversee and monitor strategic projects, including the development of plans, timelines, trackers, and progress reports.Cross-functionally coordinate across departments and follow-up on activities, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure execution and accountability.Support the CEO in business transformation initiatives, operational improvement, and business development.Analyze markets and support strategic decision-making, including evaluation of opportunities, partnerships, and business planning.Continuously improve organizational processes through the implementation of tools, reporting systems, and the promotion of internal collaboration.The ideal candidate has: 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar role supporting senior executives.Experience in multinational organizations is preferred.Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Nice to have: Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills, with high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Solid business acumen and strategic thinking, combined with effective stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Leadership and influencing capabilities, high professionalism and confidentiality, plus advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.Location: Giza, Egypt - Plant basedWorkplace Culture:Agrumaria Reggina fosters a professional environment that values diversity, inclusion, and personal growth.
