- Prepare and issue supplier invoices and sales/export invoices.- Handle documentation through the Cargo X platform.- Upload invoices to the Chamber of Commerce and complete the attestation process.- Prepare and process Certificates of Origin.- Maintain and update supplier due payment sheets.- Follow up with the Logistics Department regarding project procedures and documentation.- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all required documents are completed accurately and on time.- Organize and maintain administrative records and filing systems.- Assist the CEO Office with administrative tasks related to procurement, shipping, invoicing, and documentation.- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the CEO Office. -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, logistics, export documentation, or a similar role.- Good knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.- Experience using Cargo X is preferred.- Knowledge with Chamber of Commerce attestation and Certificates of Origin is an advantage.- Good command of English (written and spoken).- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Female.- Maximum age: 28 years.
