If you are a seasoned financial professional who thrives in standardizing financial procedures and driving fiscal accuracy, we want you on our team.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Oversight: Manage and supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and inventory accounting.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.Internal Controls: Establish, implement, and maintain internal control systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to mitigate financial risks.Tax & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, corporate regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.ERP Management: Utilize and optimize financial workflows within our ERP system (Odoo) to streamline accounting data and reporting.Audit Coordination: Lead and facilitate internal and external audit processes, ensuring all financial documentation is audit-ready.Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team across different branches to ensure maximum efficiency.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional certifications like CMA or CPA are a strong plus).Experience: 5+ years of solid accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role (Experience in manufacturing or retail sectors is highly preferred).Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial ERP systems (specifically Odoo) and expert-level MS Excel skills.Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/Local GAAP), and impeccable attention to detail.Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to upper management.
