Civil Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and procure civil construction materials, equipment, and subcontract services in line with project specifications and budgets.Prepare and issue RFQs, analyze technical and commercial offers, and conduct negotiations to achieve best value.Coordinate with technical, planning, and site teams to ensure timely availability of materials according to project schedules.Review and ensure compliance of suppliers’ submittals with project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and schedule compliance.Maintain procurement records, contracts, and reports, and support cost control and value engineering initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within construction or contracting companies.Strong knowledge of civil materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and local/international procurement practices.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar procurement platforms).Strong negotiation skills are required.Supply Chain or Procurement certifications are a plus.
