Job SummaryThe Civil Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction site activities to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves monitoring subcontractors, coordinating with project stakeholders, preparing site reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and engineering best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Execution Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth site operations. Monitor work progress and identify potential delays or issues, proposing practical solutions. Verify that all site activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.Quality Control Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards. Report non-conformance issues and follow up on corrective actions. Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients when required.Project Coordination Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues with the Technical Office and Design teams. Coordinate material deliveries and ensure the availability of required resources. Attend site meetings and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. Maintain accurate records of site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment. Assist in preparing work quantities and supporting project documentation. Health, Safety & Environment Ensure all site personnel comply with health and safety regulations. Promote a safe working environment and immediately report any safety concerns or incidents.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 1–3 years of experience in construction site engineering. Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects are preferred. Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering standards. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with project management software is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Willingness to travel between project sites as required. Owning a private car is mandatory. Valid driving license is preferred.
