Job SummaryThe Cloud and Systems Administrator provide day-to-day administration and operational support for the organization s Microsoft-based infrastructure and security platforms. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, identity and access management, endpoint management, and server operations, working under established policies, procedures, and senior technical guidance.Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft 365 / Office 365 AdministrationPerform user onboarding and offboarding activities including account creation, license assignment, mailbox access, and access removalAdminister Microsoft 365 groups, distribution lists, security groups, and group membershipsSupport daily administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and TeamsAssist in applying Group Policies and standard access controls as defined by IT standardsIdentity & Access ManagementAdminister Active Directory user accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs)Support Azure Active Directory / Entra ID user and group managementAssist in implementing and maintaining Conditional Access policies, MFA enforcement, and access reviewsFollow least-privilege and role-based access guidelinesEndpoint & Device ManagementSupport Microsoft Intune device enrolment and user onboardingApply and monitor device compliance and configuration policiesAssist with application deployment and endpoint troubleshootingEscalate complex endpoint issues to Supervisors/ Managers.Server AdministrationPerform routine Windows Server administration tasks such as user access, service monitoring, patching support, and basic troubleshootingMonitor server health and report performance or security issuesAssist with backups, restores, and scheduled maintenance activitiesSecurity Operations & Compliance SupportSupport implementation of security policies and standard controls on IT InfrastructureMonitor and respond to basic security alerts related to users, devices, and serversAssist in Patching and vulnerability remediation activities under guidanceSupport audits, compliance checks, and security documentationDocumentation & Operational SupportProvide the technical support and incident resolution within defined SLAsWork with internal teams and vendors to resolve operational issuesParticipate in IT projects, system upgrades, and migrations as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field2 4 years of experience in IT systems or security operationsHands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administrationWorking knowledge of Active Directory and Group PolicyBasic experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint managementFamiliarity with Conditional Access, MFA, and identity security conceptsPreferred Skills & CertificationsMicrosoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104, SC-300)Exposure to hybrid AD and cloud environmentsUnderstanding of IT security best practices and compliance conceptsGood troubleshooting and documentation skillsWillingness to learn and grow into advanced security and system rolesWhy Join UsAt AMICO, we believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
