We are seeking an experienced Club Door Selection & Reservation Lead to join a prestigious F&B club located on the North Coast.Location: North Coast, EgyptIndustry: Food & Beverage / Hospitality / Nightlifeproject for a 3 months " 2026 summer "Key ResponsibilitiesManage guest reservations and table allocations.Oversee door selection and guest admission in line with the club's standards and policies.Maintain strong relationships with VIP guests and members.Coordinate closely with operations, guest relations, and security teams.Ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure.Handle reservation inquiries, waitlists, and special requests efficiently.Monitor venue capacity and optimize seating arrangements.RequirementsProven experience in door selection, reservations, or guest list management within high-end clubs, beach clubs, nightlife venues, or luxury hospitality establishments.Previous experience working in the North Coast (Sahel) hospitality and nightlife scene is highly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage VIP clientele.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Attractive incentives and performance-based bonuses.Opportunity to work with a leading F&B destination on the North Coast.Dynamic and professional work environment.
