This role involves troubleshooting, configuration, incident management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2/3 application support for Dynamics 365 CRMTroubleshoot production issues impacting customer onboarding, servicing, or complaintsSupport incident, problem, and change management in line with ITIL and bank governance modelsParticipate in production releases, hotfixes, and post‑deployment validationCoordinate with InfoSec, risk, compliance, and audit teams for critical changesMaintain operational documentation, runbooks, and audit evidenceExperience with Logs analysis (application/server logs). Ability to trace issues across end-to-end systems. Familiar with SLA / KPI-driven environments & On-call / shift-based support.
