Job DescriptionSupport banks/services on supported systems based on assigned tasksResponsibilities Receive and analyze & fix banks complaints and supporting bank requests. 30% Tracking Incoming & pending Jira Issues and update the Jira elements. 10% Handle the communication with system vendors in order to reach solutions for different system problems. 10% Design, innovate solutions and support sudden requests 10% Investigating the EOD and other teams complains. 10% Supporting banks statements 10% Participate in testing of new products, services and features to ensure its validity before launch. 5% Participate in the testing and implementation of vendor upgrades 5% Documentation / Training 5% Supporting projects pilot phases 5% Perform other related duties as requested by the companyQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent from a recognized university.Language: Very Good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) or equivalent to Upper Intermediate level.Min Years and type of Experience accepted - 2+ Years of experience in a similar field, preferably in Banking and payment systems Services -Good understanding of Database concepts and SQL. -Good understanding of PL/SQL development tools.Optional skills - Knowledge of using Microsoft .NET Framework. - Knowledge of C# or VB.NET.
