We foster a culture where trust, accountability, and achievement go hand in hand—because success isn’t just a goal; it’s how we work, every day, as one team.About The RoleThe incumbent will support banks/services on supported systems based on assigned tasks.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Receive and analyze & fix banks complaints and supporting bank requests.Tracking Incoming & pending Jira Issues and update the Jira elements.Handle the communication with system vendors in order to reach solutions for different system problems.Design, innovate solutions and support sudden requests.Investigating the EOD and other teams complains.Supporting banks statements.Participate in testing of new products, services and features to ensure its validity before launch.Participate in the testing and implementation of vendor upgradesDocumentation / Training.Supporting projects pilot phases.Perform other related duties as requested by the company.QualificationsKey Requirements:EducationA Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university. Experience & SkillsVery good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing), or equivalent to Upper-Intermediate level. 1-2 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in Banking and payment systems Services.Excellent command of Database concepts and SQL. Excellent command of PL/SQL development tools.Knowledge of using Microsoft .NET Framework. Knowledge of C# or VB.NET.
