Job Summary - Reporting of collections and portfolio performance and providing management with the requested Risk- strategic analysis covering all portfolio segments & products. - Enhancement of systems tools and data related to collections activities and processes-Preparing required database to develop applications or scorecards. Job Duties • Generating daily/monthly MIS reports, tracking collections teams and portfolio performance. • Extracting all system reports on Daily/Monthly basis and assuring storing them. • Maintenance, testing and reconciling daily / monthly reporting MIS figures. • Generating monthly comprehensive packages for MNT-Halan portfolio Risk Analysis and highlighting comments. • Participate in new project testing. • Generating different portfolio risk indicators and reports for segments, products, vendors etc. • Playing a key role in policy changes and testing with credit policy. • Analyze portfolio, review performance to manage business growth, historic volumes and Product market performance. • Create Monthly Package to highlight risks, potentials, and opportunities. • Use segmentation tool to identify good segments/expansions. • Continuously enhancing reporting process and quality. • Ensure integration between core systems and related risk reporting departments. • Engage with IT development team to Automate business rules on the system & Finance department to assure accuracy of figures. • Generating daily efficiency reports for collections teams.• Completing other special tasks requested by senior managers.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum education : Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer applications Languages : Excellent command of spoken and written English.Ideal experience : Professional in Microsoft office tools with Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in credit financing products and building portfolio dashboards & presentations + actuarial knowledge.
