Egybell is hiring a Commercial Collections (B2B)Specialist to multinational companyLocation: Maadi, Cairo, EgyptResponsibilities-Contact delinquent business accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence.-Negotiate and secure payment arrangements with a focus on customer service and account retention.-Investigate delinquent accounts to determine the root cause of non-payment.-Perform skip tracing to locate missing or difficult-to-reach debtors.-Document all communication and collection activities in compliance with company policy and industry regulations.-Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on all assigned accounts.Qualifications1–2 years of experience in a similar collection or accounts receivable role (preferred).V.good in English Strong understanding of ethical collection practices.Proficient in microsoft office suite To apply send your CV : sara.hatem@egybell.com
