This role is responsible for leading commercial strategies across real estate development projects, including feasibility analysis, business planning, pricing, and revenue optimization. The Commercial Director will oversee contracts, negotiations with clients and partners, and commercial risk management, ensuring alignment with company objectives and project timelines. Daily responsibilities include managing sales and business development activities, guiding project teams on commercial terms, monitoring market trends, and preparing regular performance and financial reports.
