The organization focuses on creating sustainable, high-quality HR and project management solutions that support long-term business growth.Role Description The Project Manager Civil will oversee civil engineering and construction projects from initiation to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This full-time, on-site role, based in New Cairo, involves planning and scheduling project activities, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and suppliers, and supervising on-site execution to meet quality and safety standards. The Project Manager Civil will prepare and review technical documentation, BOQs, and progress reports, manage risk and change requests, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures. The role also includes monitoring project costs, validating invoices, supporting tendering and contract administration, and reporting project status and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders. The Project Manager Civil will collaborate closely with internal HR and project management teams to align resource planning and project delivery with organizational objectives.Qualifications Strong project delivery capabilities, including Project Management and Construction Management skills for planning, coordinating, and controlling all project phases.Solid technical foundation in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure, with experience in design review, site supervision, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control, including forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for civil and infrastructure projects.Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, with effective communication and negotiation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.Experience in managing medium to large-scale civil or infrastructure projects, preferably within Egypt or the MENA region.Familiarity with project management and engineering tools (e.g., MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD) and strong MS Office skills.Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards, with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.Ability to work on-site full time in New Cairo, handle multiple priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.
