The focus is on high-quality, customized HR strategies that enhance organizational efficiency and employee growth.Role Description The Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing mechanical designs, drawings, and technical documentation for projects, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and client requirements. The engineer coordinates with project management, construction, and procurement teams to provide technical support, clarify specifications, and resolve mechanical design issues during project execution. Daily tasks include conducting technical studies, reviewing shop drawings and material submittals, preparing BOQs and cost estimates, and participating in value engineering and risk assessments. The role also involves supporting site teams with mechanical troubleshooting, verifying installation quality against design, and contributing to continuous improvement of technical office processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to ensure mechanical systems perform reliably throughout project lifecycles.Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance to plan and implement maintenance schedules that minimize downtime.Candidates should possess proven Troubleshooting and Maintenance skills to diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective corrective actions.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; advanced certifications in mechanical systems or maintenance engineering are an advantage.Several years of experience in mechanical technical office work within construction, industrial, or related sectors, including familiarity with relevant codes and standards.Proficiency in CAD and mechanical design software, plus strong skills in technical documentation, cost estimation, and reading engineering drawings.Effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety and quality, and willingness to work on-site in Qesm 2nd 6 October.
