Commercial Manager – Payment Service Provider (PSP)Location: Smart Village, 6th of October City, EgyptJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Manager to lead business growth initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue generation for our payment solutions business. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the merchant portfolio, managing key client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and contributing to the company's commercial strategy within the fintech and digital payments sector.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Identify, acquire, and onboard new merchants and strategic partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, banks, fintech companies, and key stakeholders.Drive sales of payment solutions, including POS, online payment gateways, digital wallets, and value-added services.Negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships to maximize business opportunities.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the payments ecosystem.Collaborate with product, operations, risk, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and commercial performance.Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Prepare sales forecasts, commercial reports, and performance analyses for senior management.Ensure achievement of business objectives, revenue targets, and market expansion goals.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.5–8+ years of experience in commercial management, business development, sales, or partnerships within Payment Service Providers (PSPs), fintech companies, banks, or digital payment organizations.Strong understanding of payment solutions, merchant acquiring, payment gateways, POS solutions, e-commerce payments, and digital financial services.Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and developing strategic partnerships.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and commercial acumen.Fluency in English and Arabic is required.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic fintech environment.Preferred Background:Experience with companies operating in:Payment Service Providers (PSPs)Fintech CompaniesDigital Wallet ProvidersMerchant Acquiring BusinessesPayment GatewaysBanking and Financial Services
