Oracle Application Manager

We're Hiring | Application Manager (Oracle)We are seeking an experienced Application Manager (Oracle) to lead the implementation, management, and continuous enhancement of Oracle EBS applications supporting Finance and Supply Chain operations within a leading pharmaceutical organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation projects, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support.Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets across key Oracle modules, including P2P, SCM, ASCP, and O2C.Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct workshops, manage UAT, and ensure successful system validation.Identify business requirements and deliver system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.Oversee cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, system upgrades, and migrations.Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget while effectively managing risks and change.Monitor system performance, maintain governance standards and data integrity, and drive user adoption through continuous improvement initiatives.Mentor team members and promote best practices across the application landscape.Qualifications:Proven experience managing Oracle EBS environments, particularly P2P, SCM, ASCP, and O2C modules.Strong understanding of Oracle implementation methodologies (AIM/OUM).Experience with system integrations, data migration, and reporting tools.Demonstrated success leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects.Excellent project management, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Good command of written and spoken English.If you have a passion for delivering enterprise technology solutions and driving business transformation, we encourage you to apply.
