Job DescriptionPerformance and Growth Specialist, UK & EgyptPermanent Full timeHybridEgyptWe Make Health HappenThe purpose of the Performance and Growth Specialist, UK & Egypt role is to boost the performance of acquisition marketing and help drive commercial growth across UK and Egypt markets. Key channels include PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic, in addition to the development of creative assets and management of approval processesHow You’ll Help Us Make Health HappenDeliver recommendations and insights to improve acquisition marketing performance and to identify opportunities to drive commercial growth across UK and EgyptWork with the media agency to implement and optimise campaigns across key channels – PPC (Google Ads, PMAX), Social (Meta) and Programmatic (Youtube)Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunitiesReview retention strategies to help reduce churn and increase customer lifetime valueUtilise analytics tools to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROIWork closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goalsIndights and optimisationsCreate and manage digital and offline campaign assets for all marketing channels.Populate weekly and monthly reports for performance reporting.Ensure all marketing assets are compliant and approved as per marketing compliance requirements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, digital, compliance, content, comms and design teams to ensure timely and smooth implementation of campaigns.Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role3-4 years of experience in a performance and growth marketing role, global experience would be an advantagePrior experience implementing and optimising either PPC (Google Ads) or Paid Social (Meta) campaigns would be requiredDemonstrated success in driving performance and growth with a businessStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.Prior CRM skills, preferably Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power BIGood PC skills, including Acrobat, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.Clear communication skills with very high standard of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.Able to work independently and is comfortable to multi-task and prioritise.Detail-oriented with outstanding planning and organisational abilities.Experience of operating in a regulated industry with knowledge of copy clearance; specific experience in healthcare, or insurance will be highly advantageous.Track record of helping marketing teams to achieve and exceed key performance indicators and business goalsHistory of monitoring, implementing and optimising multi-channels campaignsWhy Bupa?Bupa Global is the international health insurance division of Bupa.
