The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.Monitor and analyze market share performance across dealers and retailers.Investigate and follow up on commercial fraud cases involving dealers, retailers, and suppliers.Develop and execute marketing campaigns based on market research findings.Set marketing goals and identify the most effective channels to reach target audiences.Evaluate marketing campaign performance through surveys and performance analysis.Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and business development activities.Support retail sales and project teams with product-related marketing activities.Prepare and update marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.Generate regular market visit and commercial market share reports.Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding new product/project launches.Manage vendor registration and governmental accreditations to support participation in tenders.Organize and coordinate online and offline seminars to increase product awareness.Requirements:Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.Computer/Technical Skills: MS Office - Market Research & Analysis - Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Marketing Campaign Management
