The role includes experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) ,preparing on both client-side and subcontracting invoices, , commercial documentation, payment applications, and contract administration. Skilled in coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate valuation, timely payments, and effective commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Strong Communication and Negotiation skills for effective interaction with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimates and budgets.Proficiency in relevant software CAD & Revit. Previous experience in construction, fit-out, or project management .
