The team is known for technical expertise, reliability, and long-term partnerships built on trust, transparency, and measurable results.Role Description The Procurement Engineer/Arch is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis, responsible for managing the procurement lifecycle for construction and fit-out projects. The role includes identifying and evaluating suppliers, preparing and issuing requests for quotation (RFQs), analyzing bids, and negotiating terms to secure materials and services at the best value while maintaining quality standards. Daily tasks involve coordinating with engineering, architecture, project management, and site teams to understand project specifications, prepare material submittals, and ensure timely delivery to site. The Procurement Engineer/Arch will create and track purchase orders, maintain accurate procurement records, and support cost control and budgeting activities. The role also includes monitoring supplier performance, resolving delivery or quality issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes and supplier relationships.Qualifications Strong supplier management skills, including Supplier Evaluation, vendor pre-qualification, and performance monitoring.Proficiency in procurement operations such as Request for Quotation (RFQ) preparation, comparison, negotiation, and Purchase Orders creation and tracking.Demonstrated Analytical Skills for cost comparison, value engineering, and evaluating technical and commercial offers.Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors, and for preparing clear reports and documentation.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field) or a closely related discipline.Proven experience in procurement within construction, fit-out, or related industries; experience with finishing and architectural materials is a strong advantage.Familiarity with construction contracts, BOQs, drawings, and project specifications.Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems and MS Office (especially Excel and Word).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple concurrent orders and deadlines.Commitment to ethical purchasing practices and alignment with company policies and quality standards.
