Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, located in Heliopolis. The HR Assistant will support daily HR functions, including data management within HRIS, assisting with recruitment processes, benefits administration, and employee onboarding. Additional responsibilities include aiding in the organization and coordination of training programs, maintaining records, and providing overall administrative support to the HR team. QualificationsExperience in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR ManagementProficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and managing employee databasesKnowledge of Benefits Administration, including leave management and payroll coordinationFamiliarity with organizing and coordinating employee training initiativesExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsAttention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsiblyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar toolsPrevious experience in the construction or related industries is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
