The Companies Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with FMCG clients to drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve assigned revenue targets. RESPONSIBILITIESManage and grow a portfolio of corporate/company accountsAchieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targetsDevelop strong relationships with procurement and decision-makersIdentify new business opportunities and onboard new corporate clientsConduct continuous market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing trendsAnalyze sales data, customer performance, and market insights to develop growth strategiesNegotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreementsMonitor stock availability, promotions, and product performanceCoordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure timely deliveryPrepare sales forecasts and account performance reportsEnsure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues efficientlyREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field1–3 years of experience as an Account Manager in a similar rolePrevious experience in Sales is requiredFMCG experience is highly preferredStrong experience in market research and competitor analysisAbility to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisionsAdvanced proficiency in MS ExcelStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsTarget-oriented with strong commercial mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
