The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation structures, benefits programs, and reward systems to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goalsDesign salary structures, grading systems, and incentive schemes for construction workforce and management levelsConduct regular market benchmarking within the construction and engineering sectorManage payroll frameworks, benefits administration, and reward policiesEnsure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standardsOversee annual salary review processes, bonuses, and performance-based incentivesCollaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure cost-effective compensation planningAnalyze compensation trends and provide recommendations to senior managementLead job evaluation, job grading, and organizational structuring activitiesManage employee benefits programs including insurance, allowances, and retirement schemes Minimum 15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.Strong knowledge of salary structures, job evaluation methodologies, and reward systemsExperience handling large workforce environments (construction/industrial sector preferred)Deep understanding of labor laws and compliance requirementsStrong analytical and financial acumenExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to design scalable compensation frameworks for multi-level organizationsProficiency in HR systems and Excel-based analysis tools
