We are committed to:ExcellenceResponsibilityEmpowermentConnectivityCourageJob Summary:We are looking for engineers who want to go beyond traditional design.This role is not about simply using software — it’s about rethinking how structural design is done through computation.You will work at the intersection of:Structural EngineeringAlgorithmic ThinkingAutomation & Workflow DevelopmentResponsibilities:Develop computational pipelines linking geometry → analysis → design → detailingAutomate structural engineering processes (loading, checks, iterations, reporting)Build and maintain internal tools using Grasshopper, Python, C#, and APIsTranslate engineering logic into scalable, repeatable workflowsWork on complex and non-standard structural projects (e.g., large-span, irregular systems)Contribute to the development of the Digital Innovation Practice (DIP)Requirements:Strong structural engineering fundamentals (load paths, behavior, stability, steel/concrete design)Ability to validate models, question FEM results, and simplify complex systemsProficiency in Grasshopper and working knowledge of Python or C#Algorithmic thinking: ability to structure problems into inputs → logic → outputsInterest in automation, computational workflows, and tool developmentCurious, research-oriented mindset with ability to learn independentlyExperience with Rhino, Revit, Dynamo, and structural software APIs (SAP2000, ETABS, etc.)Kind Note:* While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
