Construction Takeoff Specialist (Painting, Drywall Tiles & Sheetrock)

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a highly skilled Construction Takeoff Specialist with strong experience in painting, drywall, tile, and sheetrock takeoffs. The ideal candidate must be capable of working on residential, multifamily, and commercial projects, including large-scale and complex plans with detailed wall assemblies.ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret architectural plans, drawings, specifications, and detailed wall sectionsPerform accurate and detailed quantity takeoffs for painting, drywall, tile, and sheetrock scopesAnalyze and work with complex plans, including wall types, assemblies, and finish schedulesUtilize STACK software to complete takeoffs efficiently and accuratelyWork across residential, multifamily, and commercial projects, including large-scale buildsCollaborate with the estimating team to ensure accuracy and meet deadlinesRequirementsStrong proven experience in construction takeoffs, specifically in painting, drywall, tile, and sheetrockAbility to confidently read and interpret complex architectural drawings, including detailed wall sections and assembliesExperience in commercial, multifamily, and residential projects is requiredProficiency in STACK software (required) with the ability to work independentlyAbility to handle large-scale and complex projects with minimal supervisionStrong understanding of wall details, materials, and finishesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to meet deadlines and manage workload efficientlyExcellent English communication skillsBenefitsCompetitive salaryOpportunity to work on diverse and exciting projectsSupportive and collaborative work environmentWeekly paymentsWeekends off
