About The JobDanone MENA is looking for a self-motivated, dynamic Consumer Brand Manager – Bebelac for our Specialized Nutrition business in Cairo, Egypt like you!Leading the development and execution of consumer marketing strategies for Bebelac across MENA, to drive brand growth, equity, and profitability. The role ensures consumer centric plans, strong cross functional alignment, and impactful activations that reinforce Bebelac’s leadership in Specialized Nutrition.BUSINESS CONTEXT & KEY PRIORITIESThis role operates in a highly competitive and regulated category, requiring strong brand building, disciplined execution, and close collaborations across functions and markets. Key priorities include strengthening brand credibility with parents and caregivers, responding to evolving consumer trends, and identifying growth opportunities through innovation and insight.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Plans & ExecutionSupport the development and implementation of consumer brand plans and campaigns. Implement integrated communication strategies (ATL, BTL, digital, social). Partner with local teams to deliver activation plans. Ensure consistency and alignment with medical marketing activities. Support regional and international consumer events and partnerships. Ensure compliance with local regulations and the WHO code. Performance & Insights Assist in managing consumer marketing budgets. Monitor & track brand performance (market share, net sales, brand health metrics). Track competitive activities and support proactive/reactive strategies. Evaluate campaign effectiveness & ROI, identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate consumer research and insight generation to guide decision making. Project & Stakeholder Management Support innovation projects from ideation to launch. Coordinate with global, supply chain, finance, and regulatory to ensure timely launches. Manage agency relationships and day-to-day operations. Liaise with medical affairs, trade, and sales teams for standardized execution. Prepare presentations & updates for internal and external stakeholders.
