This role will be responsible for the administration of running contracts of a mixed-used development. The Contracts Manager will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in driving successful project delivery.What this job involves: Administration of running contracts for a mixed-use development project Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive successful project delivery Advising on contract administration to project and cost management delivery teams Managing and advising on contractual obligations of all project parties Analyzing and preparing assessments for potential claims and variation orders Monitoring contract performance and compliance in accordance with project plans Negotiating claims with project parties and preparing claim responses Providing advice on interpretation of contract terms and conditions Preparing contractual notices, reports, and correspondence Maintaining comprehensive records of all contracts Liaising with clients on all contractual aspects and safeguarding client rights Reviewing contractual merit of change requests and contractor notices Drafting contract amendments and variation instructions Leading and coaching team members to improve performance and execution. Desired skills and experience: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architectural, or Construction Management10+ years of relevant contract management experienceStrong command and knowledge of standard forms of contractsExcellent written and verbal skills with fluent English proficiencyPMC (Project Management Consultancy) experience highly advantageousExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsClear, systematic approach to solving complex issuesAbility to coordinate multiple stakeholders and build relationshipsStrong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExceptional organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills in English and ArabicAbility to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary team environments. Preferably located in Sheikh Zayed or Six of October Area.
