Job Purpose:To support and manage contract lifecycle activities, ensuring all agreements are compliant, accurately documented, and aligned with business and procurement requirements across multiple regions.Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end contract lifecycle management (drafting, reviewing, and execution) Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors on contract-related matters Ensure contracts comply with legal, procurement, and company policies Maintain proper contract documentation and tracking systems Assist in contract negotiations and amendments Handle contracts across multiple countries, particularly in the Middle East (UAE preferred) Support procurement and sourcing teams in contractual processesRequirementsKey Requirements: 8–10 years of relevant experience in contracts and procurement Strong background in contract management and procurement activities Experience in multinational environments (banking is a plus) Exposure to multi-country operations (UAE / Middle East preferred) Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written and spoken) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholdersBenefitsSocial + Medical Insurance
