PAM Administrator / PAM Support Engineer (BeyondTrust)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PAM Administrator to join the IT Access Control Unit within a leading banking environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, administration, monitoring, and support of the BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. The resource will also participate in the upcoming Identity and Access Management (IAM) project planned for Q4 2026.Key Responsibilities Administer and support the BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. Monitor PAM platform performance, availability, and security. Manage privileged accounts, credentials, access policies, and session controls. Handle user requests, troubleshooting, and incident resolution related to PAM services. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and system health checks. Generate reports and maintain documentation related to privileged access activities. Ensure compliance with banking security standards, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to support privileged access requirements. Assist in audits, security assessments, and compliance reviews.RequirementsQualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in IT Security, System Administration, Access Management, or related fields. Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust PAM solutions is preferred. Understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and best practices. Basic knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles. Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and access control mechanisms. Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and information security controls. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications Experience within banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments. Exposure to IAM solutions and access governance processes. Relevant security certifications are considered a plus.
