Job Summary:PCS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our business development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and supporting outreach campaigns through various online platforms.Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms. Conduct outreach activities via LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects for the sales team. Update and manage lead information using Zoho CRM. Track lead generation activities and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to ensure smooth lead handover. Follow up with prospects when required and support appointment-setting activities. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.RequirementsRequirements: 0–1 year of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales Support, or a related field. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other lead generation platforms. Basic knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good research and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.Preferred Qualifications: Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
