Job description: Job Purpose The Document Controller position is pivotal in ensuring meticulous management and control of all project-related documentation and drawings. This role focuses on maintaining an organized and accessible repository of documents, overseeing the approval and transmission process, and providing critical support in time sheet management and productivity analysis for engineers and designers. The primary goal is to facilitate efficient project execution by handling documentation, drawing revisions, and providing timely, accurate reports to support project milestones. Key Accountability Areas Handling all project documentation such as contracts, project specification……. etc. Handling / manage approval, production and construction drawings including all revisions history. Responsible for collecting / archive drawings and documents which received from clients. Responsible for creating approval, production, construction, and as built transmittals. Responsible for providing log status for approval, production, and as built drawings. Responsible for providing monthly time sheets for engineers and designers including overtime. Responsible for providing productivity analysis for engineers and designers Role Accountability HR Proficiency: Collaborate with teams to get the work effectively achieved. Ensure effective communication with peers and managers and show openness to directions and feedback. Delivery: Execute the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Use resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Problem-Solving: Assist to solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems. Quality: Follow quality requirements and specifications for services, processes, or related activities.
