Coordinator – Merchandise Master Data

JOB PURPOSE The Merchandise Master Data coordinator is responsible for the article’s creation, maintenance, SAP Master Data, ensuring that it meets the standards of data integrity for all uses within SAP. Qualifications and Education: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field. • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and addressing customer needs. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and presentation. Experience: • 1-2 years of experience in data management, with a proven track record of success. • Retail industry experience is a plus. • Experience in data warehousing, data modeling, data cleansing, and data visualization techniques. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Create and maintain SAP Articles Master Data in both production and development environments. • Ensure data quality and integrity through regular reviews and audits. • Investigate and develop innovative tools and techniques to streamline Articles Master Data creation processes. • Identify and implement data cleansing procedures to improve data accuracy and consistency. • Collaborate effectively with the SAP Team to resolve all issues related to Articles Master Data. • Test and implement new types of Articles Master Data in the SAP system. • Stay abreast of best practices and industry standards for Master Data Management
