Title: Core Banking Project & Digital Support Manager.Sector: Information & Communication Tecnology.Core Responsibilities:Train, develop, manage, and motivate the technical team to maintain high service levels.Monitor service standards and collaborate with the Technical Manager for improvements.Provide Technical insights to Speed up the delivery process of new features to different Bank channels and ensure Services Quality and interoperabilityEnhance decision making process by figuring out the most appropriate ways which save efforts and time and provide high quality featuresWork with end users to determine needs, perform business analysis, develop requirements, and create technical specifications.Perform complex technical tasks in areas like application development, database, and system administration.Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, and review IT staff work, handle performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions.Oversee system security, logs, and performance issues.Ensure timely resolution of Help Desk calls, monitor service quality, and develop standards for managing calls.Stay updated with new and existing programming languages, software, applications, databases, and hardware through various learning methods.Plan the Projects depending on each project priority and criticality to cope with IT Management Vision.Technical Competencies Good knowledge of Oracle Data base and WebLogic functionality.Developing talent and Interpersonal skills.Project managementStrategic planning and advanced leadership skills.Agile Project Management.Good Knowledge in Java Technology especially in Spring Boot Framework.Must Have one of the following Certificates: PMP , Prince2,ITILPreferred to have master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or another relevant Field.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or other relevant degree from a recognized University.Minimum of 11 years’ experience in Core Banking System Support.Banking Experience is a must.Fluent in both written and spoken English languages.
