In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our corporate clients, ensuring they receive tailored technology solutions that empower their business growth.The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem and a proven track record in high-level relationship management.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with C-level executives and IT decision-makers across various industries.Portfolio Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Apple hardware and software, as well as Tradeline’s specialized B2B services.Solution Design: Collaborate with the technical team to propose customized technology deployments (e.g., Apple Business Manager, MDM solutions) that solve specific client challenges.Account Retention: Act as a dedicated advocate for your clients, ensuring seamless delivery, post-sale support, and high levels of satisfaction.Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to position Tradeline as the premier B2B technology partner in Egypt. Key RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the tech or consumer electronics sector.Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Apple product lineup and its advantages in a professional/enterprise environment.Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.Analytical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and data analysis to track sales performance and forecast account growth.
