Duties and responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management• Identify and acquire new corporate clients while deepening relationships with existing one• Develop a strong understanding of client business needs and offer tailored banking solution• Maintain regular client engagement through meetings, industry events, and strategic discussion2. Portfolio & Risk Management• Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring strong credit quality and low Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratio• Conduct credit risk assessments, prepare financial analysis, and support loan structuring• Prepare and submit high-quality credit applications for approval, ensuring alignment with risk policies• Monitor client accounts for early warning signals and recommend appropriate risk mitigation actions3. Revenue Generation & Cross-Selling• Achieve financial targets by growing loan portfolio, deposits, and non-interest income• Cross-sell trade finance, treasury, cash management, and investment banking products• Optimize fee and commission income by structuring transactions effectively4. Compliance & Operational Excellence• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, credit policies, and internal governance frameworks• Work with operations and back-office teams to ensure smooth transaction processingJob SpecificationEducation:Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Experience:Credit Analyst: 0–2 years of experience in credit analysis, corporate banking, financial analysis, or a related field.Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM): 3+ years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, credit analysis, or a related role.Skills:Strong knowledge of corporate lending, credit assessment, and financial statement analysisUnderstanding of credit structuring, risk assessment, and banking products.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesAbility to manage multiple client relationships and meet business objectives.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
