Job Purpose To support the SME SRM in growing and managing the SME portfolio through client acquisition, credit preparation, and ongoing relationship management, while ensuring proper follow-up on clients, timely repayments, and maintaining portfolio quality in line with the bank’s risk standardsDuties & ResponsibilitiesSource and acquire new SME clients through field visits and referrals.Maintain and grow assigned SME portfolio while ensuring strong client relationships.Conduct preliminary credit assessment including financial analysis and cash flow evaluation.Assist in preparing credit memos and collecting required documentation.Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing and disbursement of facilities.Monitor portfolio performance and track client activity against approved terms.Follow up with clients to ensure timely repayments and minimize delinquency.Identify early warning signals and escalate potential risks.Support cross-selling of bank products to existing and new clients.Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems.Qualifications & ExperienceEducationAssistant Relationship Manager - SME "Small Programs"Bachelor’s degree of commerce, Business administration, Accounting or its equivalent1-3 years in SME relationship management or corporate banking.Relationship Manager - SME "Small Programs"Bachelor’s degree of commerce, Business administration, Accounting or its equivalent3-5 years in SME relationship management or corporate banking.Skills & Abilities:Good EnglishGood analytical skillsGood Problem Solving skills
