To assist Assistant Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager in handling day to day operation, KYC , MER,.CFA completion ...etc. and assist the ARM/RM in maintaining the account relationship, resolving related issues, if any.Coordinate with Assistant Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager to ensure that all necessary information required for processing a credit proposal are obtained from the customer.Acquire thorough knowledge about the bank's credit policies, products and services.Attending to customers calls as may be required.Coordinate with CSU all pending issues to insure smooth daily operationEstablish cordial relationship with client and complete any missing documents / information related to KYC update , UBO and insure routing business to Mashreq BankFollow up with client to obtain the FYE financials as well as interim financials on due courseUpdate financial spread and obligor rist rating as per the bank internal systemClose any exceptions / deviations appeared in the monthly exception report.Complete knowledge and clear understanding of the Bank's credit / Operation policy and, operating systems.Thorough awareness of various financial product / services.Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to perform as a team player.PC skills required.Bachelor Degree with minimum experience of 0 - 3 years.
