About the Role:The Corporate Travel Specialist – MICE is responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate clients, with a primary focus on Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE). The role ensures seamless coordination of group travel logistics, high service standards, and efficient handling of complex corporate requests within a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end MICE travel requests for corporate (B2B) clients, including group air bookings, hotels, and ground services.Coordinate travel logistics for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and incentive trips.Handle group reservations, rooming lists, ticket issuance, reissues, and cancellations.Utilize GDS systems (Amadeus & Sabre) for booking and ticketing activities.Source hotel accommodations through online platforms and direct supplier communication.Liaise with airlines, hotels, and DMCs to secure availability and competitive rates.Ensure timely responses to client inquiries while meeting defined SLAs.Manage last-minute changes, disruptions, and operational challenges effectively.Maintain accurate records of bookings, costs, and supporting documentation.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.Support shift-based operations, including overnight shifts when required.Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience in travel industry, preferably in corporate travel or MICE operations.Strong hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus & Sabre) is mandatory.Proven experience handling group bookings and corporate travel accounts.Familiarity with online hotel booking platforms and supplier coordination.Strong communication and client servicing skills.Ability to manage multiple requests under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work rotational and overnight shifts.Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
