Have background more than 5 years in manufacturing or agriculture field .Analyze and monitor production costs, variances, and margins for all agricultural operations.Analyze and monitor agricultural production costs (seeds, fertilizers, labor, irrigation, harvesting).Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, processes, and controls to ensure data accuracy.Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to track inventory and production expenses.Conduct regular audits of cost records and recommend process improvements for cost efficiency.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities related to agricultural production.Review and reconcile inventory valuations, ensuring alignment with actual stock and usage.Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing accurate cost data and analysis.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices in cost management.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to cost accounting.Track and control inventory costs (raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years in cost accounting (preferably in agricultural or food production companies).Experience in agriculture-related costing is a must.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Proficiency in cost accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Solid understanding of inventory management and production processes.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
