Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Costing Manager, located in 10th of Ramadan. The Costing Manager will be responsible for handling the costing processes which include analyzing production costs, preparing costing reports, budget management, and developing cost standards. The Costing Manager will collaborate with the production, finance, and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost control and financial planning.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain accurate costing systems for products, services, and projects.Analyze production costs, materials, labor, and overheads to determine product pricing and profitability.Monitor and report variances between actual costs and standard costs, providing actionable insights.Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation.Support budgeting and forecasting processes with detailed cost data and analysis.Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.Prepare regular reports for management to aid strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).Worked for manufacturing companies, pharmaceutical sector is preferable.Proven experience in costing, cost analysis, or financial management (10+ years preferred).Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cost accounting methodologies.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel; experience with cost management software is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and leadership skills.If you're interested & willing to collaborate with our team for mutual success, you're welcome to apply and send your updated resume to https://lnkd.in/dPaMY32W or hiring@tube-tube.com
