A "MEP Engineer" is required for TUBE, a leading Primary Packaging manufacturer of collapsible aluminum tubes and plastic laminate tubes since 1982, serving primarily the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors with continuous sustainable innovations.Qualifications:o Do you have a relevant successful experience as a MEP Engineer? We generally prefer 3-5 years in the same field, with a bachelor’s degree of mechanical/electrical engineering from an accredited institution.Abilities & Expectations to succeed in this role:o Manage the overall operations of facilities including maintenance, repairs, and renovationso Ensure facilities comply with relevant regulations and standardso Prepare regular reports on facility performance, status, and budgeto Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for all facilitieso Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues before they lead to failure.o Track and document maintenance activities.o Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and other design tools.o Very Good Knowledge of Architectural / Finishing work.o Familiarity of using MS office programs.o A team player with excellent verbal & written communication, creative thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills.o Willing to work in10th of Ramadan city and residing close by.If you are affirmative to all the above points, you will enjoy working and collaborating with our team for mutual success and we encourage you to apply or send your updated resume to https://lnkd.in/dPaMY32W
