This role is responsible for governing the technical health of the CRM platform,reviewing all custom developments, and ensuring seamless integration with the NOSI CoreSystem.Key Responsibilities● Customization Governance: Review and approve all custom plugins, complexworkflows, and custom entities to ensure they meet performance and stability standards.● Technical Review: Lead code-level troubleshooting for escalated CRM incidents andapprove hotfixes before deployment.● Vendor Management: Act as the primary technical liaison with Microsoft support andother third-party vendors for complex platform-level issues.● Release Management: Oversee CRM version control and patching cycles to ensure theenvironment remains current and secure.● Knowledge Leadership: Review and validate entries in the Known Error Database(KEDB) related to CRM to ensure effective knowledge transfer to the NOSI ShadowTeam.Qualifications & Requirements● Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in L3 engineering anddevelopment specifically for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.● Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in CRM configuration, custom plugindevelopment, and SQL query optimization.● Soft Skills: Proven ability in technical writing and stakeholder engagement for high-pressure incident resolution.
