Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Management Specialist role based in New Cairo and Maadi . The specialist will manage and optimize customer data within CRM systems, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively segmented. Daily responsibilities include tracking customer interactions, monitoring sales and service activities, generating reports, and providing insights that support customer retention and growth. The role involves collaborating with sales and customer-facing teams to design targeted outreach, follow-up strategies, and loyalty initiatives. The specialist will also support CRM-related projects, troubleshoot CRM issues, train team members on best practices, and help enhance overall customer experience through process improvements.QualificationsExcellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with customers in a clear, professional manner.Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and methodologies, including managing customer databases and workflows.Project management skills to coordinate CRM enhancements, implement new processes, and support change management efforts.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with data dashboards or reporting tools.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in customer-facing or customer success roles is beneficial.
