Role Description The Customer Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Guide Academy’s New Cairo location. The advisor responds to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing clear information about training programs, recruitment services, and general academy offerings. Daily responsibilities include handling customer requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution, updating records in the customer management system, and following up to confirm satisfaction. The role also involves guiding prospective participants through enrollment steps, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintaining a professional, courteous communication style in all interactions.
