Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Agent for an English-speaking account, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support Agent will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include providing effective communication, addressing customer needs, and troubleshooting issues promptly while maintaining high service standards. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skillsStrong Communication skills, both verbal and written, in EnglishProficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficientlyAbility to maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressureFamiliarity with CRM systems and experience using them is a plusExperience in a BPO or customer service-related field is preferredAbility to work full-time in an on-site environment in Cairo, EgyptBachelor's degree or equivalent experience is an advantage
