The role involves responding to customer inquiries in English via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional resolutions. Agents will handle complaints, troubleshoot basic issues, provide product or service information, and escalate complex cases when necessary. Daily tasks also include documenting interactions in the system, following defined workflows and service-level agreements, and adhering to quality and performance targets. Team members are expected to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors, participate in coaching and training sessions, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment.QualificationsStrong English communication skills, both spoken and written “Fluent in English”Customer service and problem-solving abilities, including active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution.Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM systems, ticketing tools, email, and chat platforms.Time management, organization, and attention to detail to handle multiple interactions and tasks efficiently.Ability to work on-site in Cairo on a full-time basis, including potential shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or BPO environments is an advantage but not always required.High school diploma or equivalent required; a university degree in any field is a plus.Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and team-oriented workplace.
